Q: Can I make a flute or make a new endmill from blank carbide road ?
A: Making flutes or making a new endmill is not applicable for our regrinding machines.
(However, regrinding tool’s flute part is available.)
Q: Is the machine price including the grinding software?
A: No, the regrinding software and machine body’s price are separated, which means the purchase of software is needed.
Q: Please tell me more about life of machine and after sales service?
A: Regarding the machine’s life, it’s depending on the machine parts usage situation. The exchange period for parts is about 4 years. The after service for overseas purchase will be 1 year machine parts warranty. (For broken parts we provide replacement service.)
Q: Is there any your dealer in India?
A: Currently we don’t have any dealer in India.
Q: Is the software preloaded or not?
A: Yes, the software programs will be preloaded before we start the shipping process.
Q：Can step drill be manufactured in drill software?
A: I’m afraid to tell you that our regrinding machine can only do tool regrinding, which means tool manufacturing is not possible.
Q: Is this software in English?
A: Of course, our software is applicable for English/ Japanese/ Korean and so on.
